ROBERT MARSDEN
Robert Marsden (b. 1947) studied at High Wycombe College of Technology and the Royal College of Art. He works on a variety of scales and with precious and non-precious metals. His works have been described by critic Mel Gooding as 'beautiful propositions' and 'belonging to the specifically modernist type of the sculptural architectonic'.
He has exhibited internationally and examples of his work are included in the Crafts Council Collection, London; Birmingham Museum & City Art Gallery; Shipley Art Gallery; Sheffield Assay Office; and the National Gallery of Australia.
