This catalogue was published to coincide with the exhibition 'Borrowings' at Nottingham Castle Museum and Art Gallery, from 10 February – 29 April 2007. Philip Eglin looked at the collectsions of Nottingham City Museums and Galleris, Fitzwilliam Museum, Cambridge, and the Museum of London to inspire these new works, which maintain a relationship with the past and present familiar in his work.
